The detailed knowledge about the instrument with which Gilda allowed to develop significant projects, such as sound experience "Integrated Experience: man, nature and music" (1994) and the series, "National Meeting of Accordionists of Ribeirao Preto, which in 2011 completes its tenth first edition.
As a music producer and artist, has collaborated in recordings of two independent disks of the "Duo of accordions and Meire Gilda" and is also responsible for scores, arrangements and transcriptions for the Duo
Currently, the accordionist is president of the Academy of Arts and Letters of Ribeirão Preto (ALARP), occupying the seat number 48, whose patron is the immortal musician ribeirãopretana Tarla Diva de Carvalho.
